One word: AWESOME! I made this tonight with chicken and it brought me back to Thailand (the smell and taste). The fish sauce is the key. I used frozen stir fry mix for it but will use fresh vegitables next time. The frozen wilt too quickly. I also used a little extra garlic but it didn't over power it. It was perfect. I used the wok and wok turner that I ordered from your website (I recommend getting rid of the smaller one that comes with the wok and include the larger one/the little one is pretty useless due to not being able to hold liquid as shown in your videos). I seasoned the wok first though as per instructions that came with it. I bought a coleman gas burner today (used for camping) just for cooking this dinner tonight. Since I am in Cuba, only have an electric range that turns on and off (no constant heat), I had to get it. One of the best investments I have made for cooking along with the items from importfood.com. Thanks again for providing quality items at a good price and expanding the video series. Truly great!!!
