Actually Stir Fry Type do not need to add msg, that make the natural sweet taste from the food gone, should just add some sugar, oyster sauce, some soy sauce and a little bit of stock soup that is good enough to make the stir fry taste wonderful. I am not an expert, but msg should not be add in the food.
